The Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), implemented by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) on behalf of the European Commission, conducted two webinars which were aimed to deepen the understanding of C3S products and services in Poland.

The two events were organised in cooperation with The Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute (IOS-PIB).

Webinar 1: Climate data information: discover the C3S Products and Services

Date and time: 09 January 2025 | 11:00 – 12:30 CET

This first webinar provided an introduction to the Climate Data Store (CDS) within the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and was specifically aimed at potential new C3S users.

This national webinar was a unique opportunity for interested Polish experts and organisations to:

• Discover the Climate Change Services (C3S) from the European Union’s Copernicus program.
• Explore how C3S services can benefit your activities.
• Connect with members of ECMWF and the C3S team.
• Share your needs and discuss how C3S can support your goals.

Webinar 2: C3S CDS and the CMS: what's new?

Date and time: 16 January 2025 | 10:00 – 12:30 CET 

The webinar was targeted at current Polish users of C3S and aimed to present new C3S features as well as collect feedback and user requirements of Polish C3S users. 

This national webinar was a unique opportunity for interested Polish individuals and organisations to:

• Discover the latest updates from C3S
• Explore the new CDS and its features
• Connect with members of ECMWF and the C3S team
• Share your needs and discuss how the C3S can be further improved.
