On behalf of the MLUK, we warmly invite you to the market information talks on 29 October 2024 from 09:00 to 16:00 on the topic of "Value chains for organic niche crops from Brandenburg".

The aim of the event is to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the regional processing and marketing of organic niche crops such as buckwheat, amaranth, flax, millet & co. and nuts from Brandenburg.

  • When: Tuesday, 29 October 2024
  • Where: Heimvolkshochschule Seddiner See, Seeweg 2, 14554 Seddiner See
  • Target group: conventional and organic farms and all stakeholders along the niche crop value chain

Program

  • Enjoy presentations and field reports from representatives along the entire value chain of Gut Ogrosen, Beerfelder Hof, Marktgesellschaft der Naturland Bauern, Lerchenbergmühle, Walnussmeisterei Böllersen and Terra Naturkost.
  • In-depth practical workshops in the afternoon will focus on the exchange of experiences on new impulses for the marketing of buckwheat, amaranth, flax, millet & co. and special requirements for the regional marketing of organic niche crops will be discussed.

The event will be moderated by Timo Kaphengst and Julia Jägle.
