The third organic market information talk on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Climate Protection of the State of Brandenburg (MLUK) took place on 18 November 2024 at Gut Hesterberg. The topic was 'Value chains for organic meat', with a focus on processing and marketing opportunities.

The event targeted farmers, producer groups, processing companies, retailers, restaurants, communal catering, associations, and organisations. Its purpose was to highlight current developments and trends in the organic market, facilitate knowledge exchange, and foster new collaborations for the slaughtering, processing, and marketing of organic meat from Brandenburg.
