Als Beitrag zum Auftakt der Konferenz machen Think-Tanks aus Bulgarien, Deutschland, Estland, Italien, Rumänien, Polen, der Tschechischen Republik und Ungarn Empfehlungen, wie Klimapolitik und die Konferenz zur Zukunft Europas sich gegenseitig verstärken können.
