Dieser Bericht des RP7-Projekts DESSIN enthält die Ergebnisse der Bewertung von Governance-Faktoren für die Innovationsförderung. Die Forschung basiert auf der Analyse der Innovationsförderung in den drei DESSIN-Fallstudien (Aarhus, Emscher, Ebro), die eine erfolgreiche Umwandlung in der Stadtwasserwirtschaft begrüßt hatten. Eine Reihe von Empfehlungen werden in der Schlussfolgerung vorgestellt, um zukünftige "Unternehmer" bei der Förderung der Innovationsaufnahme in der städtischen Wasserwirtschaft zu begeistern.
