Antonia Riedel is a Researcher at Ecologic Institute. Her research focusses on agricultural and land use policy issues. Antonia works both in English and in German.
At Ecologic Institute, Antonia Riedel contributes to the research of transition pathways towards sustainable plant protection as part of the SPRINT project. Antonia also supports the development of Living Labs for Agroecology in the ALL-Ready project and a project on capacity building within agri-food systems in Central Eastern Europe. In the past, Antonia was also involved in assessing the role of soils in climate change mitigation and in a study on alternatives to the use of synthetic chemical pesticides for Friends of the Earth/BUND.
During her bachelor studies in Munich (Germany), Antonia Riedel worked in different jobs in online marketing, community management and operations. She was also involved in a student network for ethical discourse in business studies.
Antonia Riedel holds a master's degree of science in Integrated Natural Resource Management from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Germany). For her thesis, Antonia developed and implemented indicators to evaluate the creation of actionable knowledge for farmers in participatory action research.
