Participants explored the question of whether Shale Gas is a "game changer" for European energy security, In particular, Max Grünig moderated the working group on "Assessing Prospects and Limits of Shale Gas in Europe". The event was organised by the Central European University, in partnership with the Brookings Institution and the Global Public Policy Institute and supported by the European Commission.
