Luisa Schall supports the Human Resources team as HR Manager. Her focus lies in the field of human resources development. She works in English and German.
Luisa Schall has experience working in the HR department of various companies, most recently with a focus on organizational culture and change management. Prior to joining Ecologic Institute, Luisa Schall spent one and a half years working on various market research projects and simultaneously teaching as a freelance lecturer at the Business & Law School Berlin. During her time there, she was involved in the founding of an institute for depth psychology, among other projects.
Luisa Schall studied Business Psychology at the Leuphana University Lüneburg (Germany) and holds a master's degree from the Business & Law School Berlin. Luisa has a special interest in the field of social justice and equality.
