Rémi Béteille works as Financial Manager at Ecologic Institute, where he is responsible for the management of the portfolio of international projects (contracts and grants under Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and other programs). His works focuses on financial management, project administration and monitoring. He oversees projects throughout their entire life cycles – from initiation to completion – and supports the scientific staff in the acquisition of grants and contracts. Rémi is a native speaker of French and also works in English and German.
Prior to joining Ecologic Institute, Rémi worked as operations manager at a KIC (Knowledge and Innovation Community) of the EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technology) and as project manager at consultancy firms supporting international consortia with the acquisition and management of publicly funded research and innovation projects. Rémi has a strong background in project management and operations, with more than 15 years of experience in coordinating EU projects and grant programs.
Rémi holds a Master of Business Studies specializing in Finance from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin (Ireland) and a bachelor's degree in International Economics and Finance from the University Toulouse 1 Capitole in Toulouse (France). He is a certified Prince2 project manager.
