Board

When Ecologic Institute was founded in 1995, a group of passionate and committed experts invested the necessary share capital to get the institute off to its successful start. Over the years, our Board of Shareholders has grown and become more international while upholding this spirit. Our Board does not benefit financially from their investment.

This highly accomplished international group provides advice to management on a broad spectrum of strategic and operational topics. They convene annually to discuss institutional and administrative matters. The Board Audit Committee provides oversight on financial matters.

Ecologic Institute is a registered non-profit organization. Our Board’s formal function is outlined in our statutes.
