In 2015 and 2016, Ecologic Institute supported the European Commission in the assessment of compliance of proposals for LIFE Integrated Projects in the areas of Nature and Water with technical and financial eligibility criteria.
Nature Integrated Projects should aim at the implementation of Prioritised Action Frameworks elaborated pursuant to Article 8 of the Habitats Directive. Water Integrated Projects should aim at the implementation of River Basin Management Plans that have been developed in the Member States pursuant to the Water Framework Directive.
