Agnès Reinsberg leads the Finance Team at Ecologic Institute. In this position she is responsible for the coordination and further development of the financial and accounting systems, financial controlling, and project accounting. She is the main contact person in all financial matters, working in close cooperation with the executive management and shareholders of Ecologic Institute as well as with the tax accountants, auditors, tax authorities and banks. Additionally, she is responsible for issues concerning not-for-profit and corporate law. Agnès Reinsberg works in German, English, and French.
With a strong background in organizational development and project management, Agnès Reinsberg also focuses on the continuous improvement of the financial and administrative processes as well as the management information systems.
Before working for Ecologic Institute, Agnès Reinsberg was a self-employed business consultant and coach. From 2011 to 2014, she was Interim Manager of Finance with a German offshore wind farm constructor where she led the accounting and tax shared services and supported complex restructuring, financing, and investor processes. Previously, from 2007 to 2010, Agnès Reinsberg was employed as a Senior Manager at a large organization consulting firm, now Kurt Salmon, and was responsible for creating and developing the CFO Advisory practice in Luxembourg. She acquired her main clients in the steel production and real estate industries. From 2000 to 2007, Agnès Reinsberg worked for RTL Group in Luxembourg as VP of Group Financial Processes, where she structured and managed the group service and project activities around the SAP-based reporting and accounting systems. Upon graduating, she gathered experience as a senior auditor at KPMG in Berlin, before joining Beta Systems Software Manager of Corporate Accounting and Controlling. In this capacity she helped introduce Beta Systems into the stock exchange.
Agnès Reinsberg studied business administration at the ESCP Europe in Paris, Oxford, and Berlin. She is a certified systemic coach.
