Susanne Müller

Conference Manager

Susanne Mueller is a Conference Manager at Ecologic Institute. She is responsible for the acquisition and development as well as for the realization of national and international events and projects on issues of environmental interest. She speaks German, English and Spanish, and has basic knowledge of Russian.

In close cooperation with the sponsor, Susanne Müller has developed many sustainable, target group orientated concepts and has planned and carried out workshops, conferences as well as visitor programs and summer schools.

In addition to this, she is responsible for the press work for the Regional Adaptation Strategies for the German Baltic Sea Coast (RADOST) project and is editor of the RADOST-Newsletter.

Before joining Ecologic Institute, Susanne Mueller worked for two years at the International Department of the Frankfurt Book Fair. Her responsibilities included project management as well as the organization of international events, such as conferences, workshops, readings and exhibitions. In this context she was also in charge of editorial tasks, press work and preparation of publications. She was further responsible for the development, organization and realization of a study tour of China for journalists and publishers.

Susanne Mueller studied German language and literature, dramatics and communication science at the University of Leipzig (Germany) and at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (Barcelona, Spain).
