Ecologic Institute

During his academic studies Jan worked as a student assistant for the chair of Professor Dr. Wolfram Cremer. He also was engaged as a working student for an energy provider working for the department of supply management and did an internship at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. Furthermore, he volunteered for the Youth Alliance for Future Energy. Before he started studying, he served his European Voluntary Servicein Florence, Italy.

Jan studied law at the Ruhr-University in Bochum. His major field of study has been “administration, environment and infrastructure” particularly with regard to European and energy law. He holds the certificate “energy business and mining” from the Institute for Mining and Energy Lawof the Ruhr-University Bochum.
